When a relationship breaks down we appreciate it is a time of great uncertainty and when you require support and understanding as well as sound legal advice. We are aware that the initial decision to consult a Solicitor is daunting however our philosophy is to provide advice which will then allow you to make your own decisions regarding how to proceed. We will almost always attempt to negotiate a settlement to allow the arrangements for children and financial issues to be resolved by the preparation of a written agreement between parties. Once this has been achieved it is likely that any divorce will follow a much simpler procedure. However we are well aware that some circumstances will not be resolved without prompt court action and if this is necessary we will guide you through the procedures involved and ensure that your case is presented as strongly as possible.
